My Wife and I had narrowed our search and found the vehicle we wanted at Timmons Subaru.
Matthew Dussell answered an inquiry I made from a well known car website.
Quickly we got through the BS and literally concluded with Matt dropping the car in my driveway 105 miles south of Long Beach. 7 hours later!!
I have to say my wife and I are amazed and ecstatic about the fact that they did much much more than we expected… and from a car dealership! Thoroughly impressed with Matt and Timmons Subaru!

A review long overdue but much deserved! I bought my 2021 Subaru brand new at Timmons back in June 2021. Had a wonderful buying experience. The manager was kind and respectful and no gimmicks or bad sale tactics. Just authentic people who value what you're looking for in your vehicle. I told my sales rep what I wanted and they helped me along the way. What sets Timmons out for me is that their customer service experience goes beyond the sales department for new cars. I've been getting my car serviced here ever since and I still am treated with respect and no questionable/sketchy service requests. The team and technicians are transparent and think about your car just as you would, balancing the need for service and knowing how important those financial costs are to your vehicle. There was even one time where I raised a concern and they went ahead and gave me benefit of the doubt and helped me out. What continues to suprise me is how this is expressed through several people across department's. One explanation for this has to be the work culture and management. The manager Rocky is a nice guy and definitely contributes to the culture there. My wife and I recently moved to Irvine and for one of my upcoming services I went to Franks Subaru, thinking all Subaru dealers replicate what Timmons does. Needless to say, I had a negative experience. And that made me go back to Timmons. So, I make my drive from Irvine to Long Beach because it's worth it! Jeff has also helped several of my friends and even random people who asked me about my Subaru find and purchase their perfect vehicles.

First time buying a new car and it couldn’t have went any smoother. Purchased my car through the Costco auto program and Henry was the salesman assisting me. Henry was a super cool and helpful guy who explained everything very thoroughly to me. I had to reserve my car and wait for it to arrive but Henry kept me updated on when it would arrive. Miles in financing was also very kind and thorough when it came time to seal the deal. All in all, I would recommend buying a Subie from this dealer.

My car buying experience was a DREAM with George at Timmons Suburu! I am someone that does my research, drove tons of different cars and had my eye on a specific car that was not out yet. George stayed in touch with me for months and literally with the Tarrif crazy set in from Trump, I knew I needed to get a car asap. Timmons didn't have my car (they dealerships started taking delivery of the brand newmodel 3 days before and they were sold out..
] so I was opting for another car and literally signing the deal when George texted me and said he had my car in stock. I cancelled my other car, took an Uber immediately 20 minutes later I was buying the car off my dreams. No pressure, super kind, it was the easiest car purchase I've ever made. I will send everyone to Timmons Suburu! Also, Rocco, Abay, Clark, Mario in parts and Justin have been fantastic too. Thank you for a fabulous experience!

From the moment I entered the door I was put in contact with the salesperson who had replied to my online request. That was Sabri. Before the day was over I had met R.C. and several others who would pop in to say hi and ask if I wanted a coffee or to use the printer (is there really only one printer?!). Bank was closed so the application sat overnight. Next day I'm notified I was getting a new car! Everyone in the place rejoiced with me - as I waited, as I signed, as I drove off in my brand-spankin' new Impreza. Thank you, Timmons for a wholly great experience - I've never been so happy to pretend I'll love making those monthly payments! And, so far, I've only thrown myself against the windshield once because of the efficient brakes and only run up one car's bumper because when I use the accelerator that little car really ............ well, ................. accelerates!
Timmons is synonymous with Great Experience. And, if this doesn't convince you to give them a try, Suburu just knocked Toyota and Honda down a notch to be number one car with least amount of problems.
